Mrs. Ruth was the sweetest lady I've ever met. I was a resident assistant at Garden view and I enjoyed providing her with the assistance she needed at the time. She brought alot of joy to other people just from her kindness she carried. I'm sorry for your loss, you all have my sympathy. RIP Mrs. Ruth
