BERNDT, Ruth-Edith Marquardt, 88, of Richmond, passed away on October 2, 2009. She was the widow of Horst J. Berndt. She was retired from Association Management Consultants. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, at Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bon Secours Hospice, 8580 Magellan Pkwy. Richmond, Va. 23227.
