Not sure what to say?

A few months ago I was visiting the area and stopped by a park where I saw Dr. Edward's memorial plaque. It caught my attention because June 24 is my birthday so I Googled her. In learning more about her (I too happen to be a professor) I was struck by all that she accomplished and all of the roadblocks she overcame. I worked with Ruth when she was at CWRU School of Dentistry many years ago and I have many fond memories of her. She was interested in my path in life and I always enjoyed talking to her. I could tell she was a very educated woman but always made sure her son was her top priority. I was sorry to hear that she...
