Eide, Ruth D. age 91, because of God's grace, was ushered into new life on August 24, 2006. Born in a sod house in North Dakota, later her work at Northwest Airlines enabled her to travel the world. Her memory is blessed by her children, Delores (Ted) Berkas, Bruce Eide and Patricia Ponto; 8 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Service Monday, 11 AM at Emmaus Lutheran Church, 8443 2nd Ave S. Visitation Sunday from 2-4 PM at the Morris Nilsen Chapel, 6527 Portland Ave S. and one hour prior to the service at church. Dear Pat, Dee, Bruce and kids... Our thoughts and prayers are with you -- what a wonderful legacy and heritage your Mom has left -- May the knowledge that she's rejoicing in heaven bring comfort and peace to each one of you!
