I have fond memories of Ruth (Mrs. Ewers to me) taking us to a cottage at a lake, and having me over to play.

We will all miss Ruth's visits to St Therese beauty shop.We kept a fresh gossip magazine ready for her, she had enough of her own reading, and once said she wanted to hurry and get back home, she was in the middle of a shoot out and had to find out who won. People loved to ask her questions and her memories were so clear and enjoyable. Her hand sewn clothes we loved her Irish green one, they all looked good on her still. I gave her a dahlia every week, saved the best for her, she was a joy....
