Not sure what to say?

Ruth was my Sunday school teacher at Shadydale Baptist. I remember her continuous smile. She taught me the books of the Bible with little match boxes wrapped in construction paper. I think of her often and I´m sure she will be missed.

Tommy,
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. It's the memories that mean the most.

I remember Mrs. Flake from many years back, when you lived on Parker Rd. My mother, Dorothy Harris was a friend of Ruth. I saw your mothers name on the prayer list at Second Baptist Church about a week ago and asked Fred Dallas if it was the same lady and was told at that time that she was in a coma. My sincerest condolences to all of you in the loss of a beautful soul on this earth.

Ruth Flake was our neighbor when my family lived on Parker Road in Northeast Houston. I went to school and graduated with Tommy, and went to church with her and her family at Shadydale. She was a dear sweet woman, who was always so happy and cheerful and such a great outlook on life. I had not seen her recently but she made a great impact on my life as a child and young adult. I will always think of her with love. My condolences to her family and friends she will be greatly missed.

I remember Mrs Flake teaching me at Sunday School at Shady Dale Baptist Church. She was a great teacher. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time.
