I’m sorry for the very late response, I was one of Milton and Ruth’s box boys when I was 13yrs old on Hurley street. Both of them made a lasting impression and helped shape me as I grew up.

I will miss my Aunt Ruthie, she was always kind good-hearted a sweet person. When I was little she had big holiday parties in her kitchen. I will never ever forget them. She love to dance, always with a smile on her face. I went to Philadelphia two months ago to spend time with her. All she wanted to do was hug me and she kept saying I remember when you were just a little girl. She will be in my heart forever.

It is with great sadness to learn about the passing of our beloved friend, co-founder and former board member of KenCCID. Mrs. Ruth Frank was a trailblazer and cherished former board member of KenCCID. She was one of the original founders and signers of KenCCID's Charter of 1974; to open group homes specifically targeted to service adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
