Not sure what to say?

I truly appreciate the friendship that Ruth and Emery, as well as all of their tennis-playing friends, had with my parents, Tom and Violet Mijares. I am sure that God has an open court reserved for all of them.
Tom Mijares, Jr., Austin, TX

Our thoughts and prayers to Judy and family.
A remarkable mother grandmother and great grandmother .
May God rest her noble soul.

Love to all Jerry and Barbara Sparenberg

Rest in eternal peace, Ruth. Our condolences.

To Judy and children and Liz and children; Sympathies to you all. Sounds like your mom/grandmother had a very full life. So many memories for you to cherish. Thinking of you at this time. Denise Loree (Collins Elementary Secretary)

Judy,Punky, Patsy and Lizzy, what a wonderful woman she was. Mama Ruth will be missed. It is difficult to watch the older, strong Alexander women pass on. They shaped us and the whole neighborhod, all the while supporting each other through many life lessons. What a blessing it was to grow up in reach of this kind, funny, strict, loving wonman.

Our thoughts are with you, Judy, Patsy, Liz and Emery during this time. What an amazing life your Mother led! And what a blessing to see her legacy live on in the lives of her wonderful family.

To Judy, Emery, Pat and Liz: For the souls of the righteous are in the hands of God...therefore I know that Ruth's soul now rests in peace!
After living 25 years just 2 doors down from the Freeman's, I can clearly say that she is my most memorable neighbor of all time. I still grow her wonderful ferns in this my third garden, 18 years after I moved, and they will now be a living memory to her and your dad. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your families. Much love to...

Emery, sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I have many fond memories of her at church and school, including her converting your station wagon to an ambulance and driving me to Blodgett hospital from the football practice field at Ottawa Hills. My condolences to you and your sisters. Andy Muth
