Not sure what to say?

Just wanted to ad, I was and still am, so very proud of my Aunt Ruth and the life she led. Talking about her to my teenage son Xander, is what lead me to find this obituary, so many years later.

We all thank you for your visit to this guest book, for your kind words and messages. Aunt Ruthie was one of a kind, she was "ornery" right up to the (almost) end...I was with her for 17 hours before she passed and made certain that she was as comfortable as humanly possible. The staff at Charleton Methodist Hospital were fantastic, as were the folks at David Clayton Funeral home. If it is possible to ease the pain at a time like that, they did. Love and warmest wishes to you all....

Dear Gohman Family:
We only met Ruth once a long time ago at Bear Creek Park in Houston, Texas at the Gohman-Tribble Family Reunion. We are so sorry for your loss. I look forward to getting to know more of the Gohman's in the Dallas area. We lived in Cedar Hill for 12 years. I am Jane Gohman Blackshear. I was Ruth's 1st cousin once removed. Our prayers are with you. We are Joe and Jane Blackshear in Pflugerville.

Dear Gohman Family, It has been so many many years since I've seen any of you. Athough the years have passed, you all have never been forgotton. May Aunt Ruthie rest in peace. God Bless all of you.

Who would ever think they would miss Trouble, but you will be dearly missed and remembered by all. You fought an awesome battle and can rest in peace now.

Rock on Beau! Bully for you and keep on kicken' girlie! We'll miss you but keep you with us always, in our memories and your keepsakes! God's blessings to your family, and may they know peace and true, unconditional love always! *Smooch*

So says Amanda, the lil' kid who once napped under her table at the Creative Organization's fairs, and told funny and lucritive stories to each other over sodas and subs.

We will miss this lively spirit! Our hearts go out to her family. She was an amazing woman and even louder voice. Not a lady... But Definitely a Great Beau!

Condolences on behalf of everyone at Canvas Chronicle.
