Ruth Thomas Goodrich

Ruth Thomas Goodrich went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 21, 2013. She was a native of Old Forge, PA and retired from C& P Telephone. Ruth was a former member of Centenary United Methodist Church, Victory Chapter #160 Order of the Eastern Star, Scottish Rite Ladies, Churchland Woman's club, and Red Hatters. She passed away at Emeritus Memory Care Home in Silverdale, Washington surrounded by family. Ruth was predeceased by her husband Charles Frank Goodrich, Jr. Ruth is survived by her three children, Joanne G. Vitartas and husband Jeff, Jane Marie Goodrich, David Allan Goodrich and wife Kathleen; six grandchildren, Greg Mosher, Kevin Mosher, Kaitlin Goodrich, Tristan Goodrich, Nathan Cable-Vitartas, and Jessie Vitartas; seven great grandchildren, Maxwell Mosher, Aaron Mosher, Cameron Deleske, Corbin Mosher, Cody Mosher, Baylee Rhodes and Joshua Cable-Vitartas. A funeral service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday in Centenary United Methodist Church by Rev. Ellen Comstock. The committal service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. An Eastern Star Service will be held at 5:30 p.m. Saturday in Loving Funeral Home with visitation to follow until 6:30p.m. The family suggest memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association or American Cancer Society.
