It's hard to believe 3 years have gone by. Ruth was a beautiful lady with a heart of gold. I met her in 2004 at the Delray Antique Mall. I had a Palm Beach casino collection from the 1920's on display. She stopped by to admire it. She was such a thoughtful person and always put others first. I treasure the friendship we developed and her kindness in inviting me to several of her charity benefits. Ruth was loved and respected by everyone. I had the pleasure of meeting her husband, Ed...

I just heard about Mrs. Hennessy passing - so sad and my prayers go out to all of you. I was blessed to visit with her approx. 3 years ago in PB.

We were very sad to hear of Mrs Hennessy's passing..We would like to extend our deepest sympathy, for the loss of the matriarch of your family, and hope that God brings you all the peace, that only God can, in times like this..We will always be grateful for having the honor of knowing this amazing woman. When I was your administrative assistant at Heublein back in 70's, I had the pleasure of meeting your wife and hearing about your children in between setting up crew for Beth-a-bell (?name).

Your devotion to family and little touches like sending Valentine flowers to Mrs. H and Beth were a tribute to your deepest feelings for loved ones.

Please accept my condolences to one and all for the passing of Mrs. Hennessy...May memories of wonderful times...

Dear Beth,
I just learned of your mother's passing at Mass this morning. I am truly sorry for your loss. She was a very special lady. Always gracious and loving.
You and your father have kept her going and happy for quite some time now. It will be hard for a while, but she will always be with you. I think our mother's are having a great chat in heaven!
