Ruth Howard and her husband, Dr. Howard, were 2 of the most elegant people I have ever met. I had the privilege to be on the Rose Festival Court of which Ruth was the chaperone. She was loving, warm, patient and never anything but the elegant, gracious and brilliant woman I got to know. My condolences to the family - what a lady!
