Wishing you peace and offering my prayers. God and Aunt Ruth are having a wonderful time together, I know she is keeping him in stitches. I thank God for putting you in my path. Remember no matter what I love you forever. Thank you for being you

My Dear Family,
I cannot believe it's been a year since Aunt Ruth went home to the Lord, but she still lives in our hearts and thoughts.

Everytime I think of Aunt Ruth I smile, what a wonderful sense of
humor she had. We had very serious
talks about God and life. I miss all of those times, but I am blessed because she took the time to share and guide.

I miss being able to pick up the phone and hear her voice and laughter, her direct way of speaking and her love. I...

The Lord really does move in mysterious ways. We were celebrating Thanksgiving and Aunt Ruth's name came up. We were recalling the story when Aunt Ruth asked Kenny (Destiny's Godfather) if was he singing in Swahili! It made us all smile, laugh, and remember Aunt Ruth. I believe that is one way that our loved ones communicate with us, through our memories. Cathy and family...rely on the memories and your faith in God!

Your spookie ghost at Halloween I missed your potatoe salad at Thanksgiving. I will miss seeing your porch all lit up with crazy lady lights:) I will miss spending Christmas with you, but my heart smiles because I know you will be celebrating in Heaven with the Angles singing His glory in such a joyous way I can see you now Momma praising and singing in the...

My son Bryan who was about 6 at the time wanted to know why that lady down the street kept calling him that. Aunt Ruth said "you look just like him". I dont think she ever called my son by his right name, but...
