Dear Cousins,
Our deepest sympathy on the death of your loving mother. Aunt Ruth will always hold a special place in our hearts as we remember her kind and gentle spirit. Love to each of you!

I regret that I could not attend the service. I'm not able to drive very far. Aunt Ruth was special to me already as a child. If something happened and she knew I would be there, she made "forgotten cookies" for me. In the years that my illness kept me in bed, she and I shared lengthy visits by phone. We tried email, but that just didn't work for her. I always appreciated and enjoyed her direct candor, and the fact that she never forgot my birthday. I won't forget her. "Rest Eternal...
