I've known Mrs. Ruth Lowery for more than 20 years and I've known her to be a woman great thought, wisdom and knowledge of history. Her sweetness would always shine through.
Our phone conversations always ended with .."I Love You..and I Love You". She will certainly be missed. Thus, I want to extend my condolences to Tommy, Bobby, Toni and the Lowery family.
