Not sure what to say?

Again I remember you from those times in Chapel Hill so long ago.

My first girl friend from the summer of 1965 at UNC-Chapel Hill. She was working on an MA in French and I for the same in Spanish. We met in History of the French Language. I will always remember her with fondness and affection.

My first girl friend. I still remember that night in late July, early August 1965 in Chapel Hill, when, seated on a bench in a campus park, I reached out to hold your hand and wondered if I would get slapped!

Farewell, Ruth. I will never forget you.

Ruth was a classmate both at Notre Dame and Emmanuel. We always worked together on the reunions and I enjoyed her wity comments and great suggestions. I will miss her .

Your mother was a very special lady, but you already know that. I was so sorry to hear of her passing especially so soon after your father. You all must be so sad.
I loved the years we shared at St. John's and especially as we worked on the marriage prep team. We were with them from the beginning and shared all the growing pains associated with that ministry.
Charlie and I shared a special day with your parents as we celebrated our 25th Anniversaries together at the NDA chapel. ...

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Ruth. She and Jack were wonderful friends of my parents through St. John's in Quincy. Your warm and loving family was always a great example of God's love on earth and I will be praying for you all. Meg (Donnelly) Maher

The obituary really reflected Ruth. We were blessed to know her through Clavius and had the good fortune to spend many summers with her. Our thoughts with the family after losing both Mom and Dad.
