Not sure what to say?

Jon, the obituary was a beautiful description of the Lady that your mother was. Tony and I would love to see you. We are frequently traveling to Georgia by way of 85, and will give you a call as we are passing through Anderson. (Our daughter Cate and Hubby are in Lawerenceville.) Love, Bonnie and Tony

Dr. Maloney, I am thinking of you and your family at this time of loss for you. I will always remember you as a wonderful, caring professor who made the study of the Bible so interesting. May you feel His presence at this time.
Lowry Reid (Class of 1962), Columbus, Ga.

The note in the article about Mrs. Maloney about her service teaching classes at the Davidson College Presbyterian Church reminded me how important she and Dr. Maloney were to me and other church teenagers. They taught us, guided us, and loved us. I will always be grateful and ever in their debt.

Dear Dr. Maloney
Although never your student, I recall the short conversation we had at Dr. John Kelton's home back in 1999 when I visited Davidson College for the first time after I left in 1962. Please accept my deepest thoughts of sorrow for the physical disappearance of your beloved wife from this earth, with the enduring patience of awaiting the return of our lord Jesus Christ to meet her again. Affectionately, Norberto (Bert) Kamm, special student, Argentina (1960-62).

My thoughts and prayers are with you. Mourn well and be blessed by the comfort that comes from our Lord.

TO THE FAMILY OF RUTH ANN PEOPLES MALONEY:

I AM SO SORRY TO READ OF YOUR LOSS. MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AT THIS TIME OF SORROW. PLEASE ACCEPT MY DEEPEST SYMPATHIES. AND MAY THE PEACE OF GOD THAT EXCELS ALL THOUGHT WILL GUARD YOUR HEARTS AND YOUR MENTAL POWERS BY MEANS OF CHRIST JESUS.-PHIL. 4:6,7
