Our Condolences to the Marchand and Starwood families on the loss of Mrs.Ruth Marchand. As a kid,, I remember Mrs.Marchand when she and Mr.Marchand owned Soul Burger in the lower 9. I was buying a burger and was a little short of money. In her kind as well as soft voice she told me don't worry about that, I can see you like burgers and you'll be back.
