Dear Stan- My heartfelt condolences to you & your family. I last spoke with your mother in London on a visit when my daughter was two. What insight & challenge she could offer in such a brief meeting! I will never forget her love of family, art, and ever-present humor. Best regards to you & yours-

A unique, vivacious woman who put wonderful things in the world. What a beautiful legacy. Her spirit lives on thru her glorious art work, her children, and the many people who's lives she touched.

My sincere sympathy to you Stan and the entire Markus family. Your mother sounds like a true gem. i would love to see some of her extraordinary art work and wish I had known her. Peace.

Helge, Stan and John. I'm so sorry to hear of your mothers passing. She was a very special lady. I always loved talking with her.

Grandma Ruth to our children, mother-in-law and friend to me, one of the most generous and compassionate people I have ever met. Memories of grandma will live forever in our hearts and minds. She touched so many with her kindness and love.

The Colley family mourns the passing of a good friend of our family. Helge, John and Stan our heartfelt condolences. We will always remember her kindness and her sense of humor.

Aunty Ruth was one of a kind and a very special part of my childhood. I was so glad to be able to see her & sit w/ her a couple of times this summer. So sorry for you boys that she is gone. What a very proud Mother she was... Best, Diane Meftah
