Ruth Mylius

Ruth was one of the first people to welcome us to the neighborhood on DeBord Dr. Both Ruth and her husband Chuck became good friends throughout the 36 years that we lived near them. We shared berries and other goodies from our garden and Ruth would make the best pies to share with us. We often met at the mailbox where we caught up on news of the neighborhood, never gossip, but to let us know if someone was sick or needed help with something. Linda and I loved chuck and ruth for many years

I met Ruth 19 years ago when we moved in across the street from her & Chuck. Little did I know then of the beautiful friendship that would develop between Ruth & I. We did many fun things together & when my husband Frank passed away she sat with me thru a lot of tears. We talked a lot about the ups & downs of life & how grateful we were to be the best of friends. Words are not enough to explain the tremendous impact she had on me.
