Niemi, Ruth J. Age 94 years, 4 months, 15 days, of St. Louis Park and Park Rapids, went to be with our Lord on August 23, 2006. Preceded in death by husband "Roundy"; grandson Scott. Survived by daughter Joyce Borgen; grandchildren Mary (Todd) Kenyon, Jill (Ron) Heath, and Troy Borgen; great-grandchildren Drake, Eli, and Macy; sisters Mae Wenborg and Lila Kyllonen, both Park Rapids; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Ruth had a very gentle and loving spirit. She was loved by everyone that knew her. She will be greatly missed. Funeral service 11 am Saturday, August 26 at Gearty-Delmore Park Chapel, Wooddale and Excelsior Blvd, St. Louis Park. Interment Pleasant View Memorial Gardens, Burnsville.
