Not sure what to say?

I remember Ruth so fondly from Meijer Gardens. Ruth was a dedicated volunteer several years ago, but mostly she was a very interesting and interested lady. Always curious, always wanting to learn and always sharing. She will be missed.

My heart is sending you lots of support. I am a part time faculty at Kendall College of Art and Design and was teaching at night - I loved Ruth's smile and passion - she often talked about all of you - with that special sparkle in her eye. I am sorry I missed her memorial service - I did not find out about her passing until last night - my thoughts and prayers are with all of you - Julie Schaefer-Space, MS, MLLP - Kendall College of Art and Design

Our thoughts and prayers are with you. May your faith, family and friends be of great support.

To Ruth's Family,

I met Ruth while attending classes at Kendall. She was always kind and uplifting to everyone she met. And she loved to talk about what was going on...I enjoyed many long conversations with Ruth on numerous topics. I also had the pleasure of working with her on other projects outside of Kendall. I am saddened by your loss and she will be missed greatly!

My thoughts and prayers are with you and Ruth.

With Deep Sympathy

Don, Amy and kids -

What a neat Mom and Grandma you had - each time I met her she was smiling and bragging all of you up!! Remember the smiles and the great times you shared with her!!

All our love -

To Ruth's Family,
As a member of the faculty of Kendall College of Art and Design, I will miss Ruth very much. She was such an important member of our faculty, and was very involved in all the events and activities the college offered. Ruth's energy and enthusiasm were unparalleled, and I could always count on seeing her at various events. Ruth was an involved and caring woman, an impassioned teacher, and a great friend and colleague. I am so sorry for your loss.

Don, Amy and family,
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom. She sounds like an amazing person and may the wonderful memories you have of her offer you comfort.

Since I moved to Michigan in 2006,
I only knew Ruth a short time, but I appreciated all that she did to help me transition to the area and to my job at Kendall College of Art and Design. Ruth will be missed.

Our prayers are with you in this time of grief. I can only say that I am inspired by your Mother's work and her passion with her family. May the Lord bring you great comfort as you grieve and the comfort that she is now resting with her maker and joined with your Father in Heaven.
