Not sure what to say?

Prayers and sympathy to the family. I knew Ruth from st Clement's and Mercy Hospital. She was truly a great and caring nurse.

Thank you all for your kind words about my mom. She was also my mentor when I started nursing school and I will always be honored that I was her son!

She was my nursing instructor at Mercy College. She was greatly respected and full of knowledge. Prayers for your family.

There will be an empty chair at the holiday table this year, but it will be filled with loving memories.

To the Pio Family,
I knew your mom because your dad used to work with my dad on the fire department. Your mom was gracious to come to my mother's funeral last year. She sounds to be quite an accomplished and respected person, and you should be proud of her. Sending you sympathy and prayers, and wishing you peace in the days to come. I'm sorry that I could not come to the funeral home as I am reading her obituary late in the evening.

To the Pio Family,
We met your mom since your dad worked with our dad on the fire department. Your mom was kind enough to come to my mom's funeral last year. She sounds like a very accomplished woman, and you should be proud of her. Sending sympathy and wishing you peace in the days to come.

I remember being in awe of your mom an RN a "real nurse". She was my first nurse role model. She even helped me get my first job. My parents continued to talk about her being a fine neighbor. You will all be in my prayers.

One of my favorite instructors at Flower Hospital School of Nursing. Not only did she teach nursing, but she taught us about life. I am so grateful to her for her knowledge and kindness. My condolences to her family.

Many, many years ago,my wife (Joan) graduated from nursing school with Ruth, and they became close friends, and I was introduced to Jack and Ruth.Ruth was a fine lady. She will be missed by all who knew her. Im sorry for your loss, may she rest in peace.
