Not sure what to say?

Ruth Preminger was a special, beautiful lady who contributed to the community of Bayonne in so many ways. I had the delight knowing Ruth in several different capacities. As a mother of a classmate, Herb and as a President of the Temple that she belonged and took an active part and as the Executive Director of the JCC of Bayonne where she was active in many of our committees and programs. Most important was my relationship with her as a friend.

She was always...

Herb, so very sorry to hear about the passing of your Mom. Please accept our condolences.

I already added remarks, but here is Ruth a few years back at a Hadassah event in Bayonne. (For those that didn't know her personally, she is on the right with the darker hair in the giraffe shirt and big smile.)

I loved Ruth so much. Some days I didn't feel like going to shul, but dragged in and saw Ruth. She always smiled at me and gave me some sweet compliment or remark that made me glad I went. She was very stylish. Between her stellar personality and her artistic, yet classic looks, she just lit up the room. I have missed her since she moved down to FL. She was the First Lady of Bayonne.

It was my pleasure to get to know Ruth as an adult. I appreciated when she invited me to come back to Bayonne to be on a panel at the JCC with Barney Frank and Stephen and Mark Roberts.
I also had occasion to see her when she came to Des Moines to visit a friend of hers.
I know Ruth was a friend of my mother's and contributed significantly to her community in Bayonne. She will surely be missed.
May her memory be for a blessing.
