To all the Reagan family, we give you our prayers during this loss of Ruth Anne. What remains is the special lady she was with her friendly smile, her caring and giving of her spirit through all of us that had the pleasure to know her and hearing her celestial music ringing out. May peace comfort you all.

A community blessed by her love, gifts and talents will miss her presence but her works are every where. Her children and grandchildren will carry her through the generations to come in their works and giving. Sympathy to those whose heart she left a hole in, it will never heal , it will just get softer

I knew Ruth Ann as a fellow artist. She was a warm and lovely lady and an excellent artist. She was a dear friend, and she was greatly missed as president of the Marcellus Art guild
