When we were children, we spent many mini-vacations with Aunt Ruth and Uncle Jim. Mom and Dad would trade kids for awhile. I always looked forward to the times I got to spend at their home. Aunt Ruth made me feel like one of their kids, not a cousin. I know we ran wild at their home but neither she nor Uncle Jim ever seemed to get upset with us.
