Through my (late) father-in-law, David Cowen, my husband Bruce and I had the privilege of meeting Ruth and Murray when they lived in Rossmoor, and of being dinner guests in their home. Ruth served zucchini pudding that evening, and it was delicious, so I requested a copy of the recipe.
