Not sure what to say?

We need more Ruth Samuelson's in this world. As a former member of Uptown and a homeschooler from the 80's, I was always glad that we had a leader like her representing good, standing up for the weak and needy. My daughters middle name is Ruth, and I hope she learns to grow up like Mrs. Samuelson. My heart is greived for this loss and for the beautiful family she leaves to go to glory.

Ruth was a long-time friend from junior high school. I had the privilege and honor of knowing her for many years. A number of years ago I had the privilege of having lunch with her and she told me about her beautiful family. I had the honor of meeting her husband not too long ago. I also had the honor of knowing her wonderful parents. The Good Lord has welcomed a truly beautiful human being into His kingdom. My condolences and prayers to the entire family. Rest in peace my friend. God...

Very sorry to hear of Ruth's passing. I met and got to know her a little bit at the Dowd YMCA. Condolences to family and her many friends. I hope that future politicians will follow her role of building unity rather than partisan divisiveness.

Ken and Family
Ruth since High School has been a trailblazer doing good things that make traditionalist uncomfortable
yet she was tolerable to all because of the inner light of God that shun thru her. The quiet
desire to help others understand the complexity of this life and the simplicity that is in Christ drove her
leadership quest to find common ground without compromising principle.
Ruth knew her call and she answered unashamedly

Ken, I didn't know Ruth, but she must have been a really awesome person. I am very sorry for your loss.

Please accept my sincere condolences. May you find comfort at Psalm 68:20. God will strengthen you during this difficult time.

Ruth was a true servant leader! Such an extraordinary woman whose witness inspired us to seek the high road and forge collaboration. Her love of our Lord was boundless and lives on in the hearts of all she knew. My heartfelt sympathy for her dear family. Her earthly presence will be greatly missed.
