Ruth Ruriko Sasaki

My condolences to the Sasaki family . Growing up with Mike and Leland in Fruitland, Ruth and Roy provided support and encouragement. I am very thankful for the countless hours and wonderful times they put in for me. Ruth always had a table/booth for me at the Eastside Cafe in Ontario. She was a wonderful mother/parent who encouraged her children to participate and be caring friends. She will not be forgotten and will live in lasting memory.

Ruth was a staple at Orphan Annie´s and always greeted our family with love. She was always ready with a bowl of candy for my kids who were so little at the time and always knew to look for Ruth. So many great memories with Ruth and the Orphan Annie´s family. Praying for her family and sending you all love as you grieve her loss.

Many special memories of the whole Sasaki family and Ruth. Ruth was such a loving person from the time I met her. Sandy and I were college roommates at Boise State so that's how I met all of them. Ruth was always nice to me when we ate at Orphan Annies. She was very friendly and I caught up with all the news about her son Mike and his wife Sue from out College of Idaho days.

Ruth greeted me the night I met the man of my dreams, and greeted us on many happy, unforgettable evenings over the following years.

Mike, Sue, Leland and Julie and family My deepest sympathies on the loss of your mom. It is so hard to lose our parents. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
