She was born August 31, 1947, in Jacksonville, the daughter of Earl Oliver, Sr. and Anna Louise Conner Scott.
She is survived by three brothers and two sisters, Earl (Janet) Scott, Jr....

Ruth was always in my class from kindergarten through high school. I will remember her as a very caring and giving person with a smile for those around her and I'm sure she will be greatly missed. I so enjoyed visiting with her at our 50th Class Reunion a few years ago. My deepest sympathy to her family during these difficult days.

To all the family members,
Ruthie was special. She always had a smile and she always thought of others. I cherish the memories that I that made with Ruthie. We worked together with our church youth group, the annual church garage sales the cookie walks and we broke bread together at our special church meals .
