Not sure what to say?

I am just arranging a song I wrote years ago titled "I Remember You" which was written for you, Mrs. Steele. You remain my favorite and most inspirational teacher through all time. At Cherry Hills, Mrs. Steele was able to inspire everyone to appreciate music. I also took piano lessons from her and she told me that if I don't like the way a song goes, I should re-write it. Thank you for giving me the freedom to be a composer! Does anyone remember the snake named EGBD? She had me play a lot of...

There´s about 10,000 songs that remind me of this lovely lady. I could not get "Bad, Bad Leroy Brown" out of my mind today and was prompted to search the obituaries. I was saddened by this news, but will say Mrs. Steele had an amazingly long and beautiful life. Ruth was the definition of "fiesty". She fearless even though she was not very big. The world needs more people of courage like her. I will miss her.

Always have and always will love your heart, Ruth Ann. We will always cherish many memories shared with you, "Congress", Red, Jefferson and company and the land you so love.

Super smile. Compassionate. Humor. Heaven on earth.

I’m a life long musician and nature lover thanks to Ruth Ann. This world is a little bit brighter because she was in it. Thank you, Ruth Ann! You will be missed.

Absolutely the best lady on this planet. Ruth Ann, you will be missed. Keep singin' and playin' in heaven and try to be good.
