Ruthie (Rollie) was one of Gods great gifts to all of us who knew her.She will always remain in my heart and in my prayers Pat(valentine)Martin

I also had Sister Caroll in the 4th grade. She was always calm, gentle, and patient. I know myself along with the rest of the class really enjoyed having her as our teacher. I am inspired when I read about all that she did to make this world a better place. God gave us gift through her life but now He wants Sister Carrol home with Him. Thanks for blessing us with Sister Carroll. We were fortunate to know her.

Dear Thomas Family,
We will dearly miss your baby sister, Ruth. She has done so much good in the world during her lifetime. Your parents must be very proud. Tom and I were very impressed by our visit with her on one of her last trips to Santa Clara Church. It was fun growing up with her and I will always remember the good times we've shared with all of your family.
Our prayers are with all of you,
Betty & Tom Gerrety

What can I say about Sister Carol. Out of all the teachers I've had she was my favorite, not only because she was a great teacher but because she was a great person. She will always have a special place in my heart as I know that she will always be in the hearts of so many that she touch.

I only knew her as Rollie, she went to school with my mom Patricia (Valentine) Martin, and I met her at their 25th reunion, I remember thinking she was the tallest person I ever met. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.

St. Carol exuded warmth, acceptance and love to everyone she encountered. She was beautiful inside and out. As my fourth grade teacher, I got to spend a considerable amount of time with her and am thankful for every minute.
