Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Toljanic was my 6th grade teacher at Oak View School, and certainly one of my favorites. I remember her as being a very caring person whom I very much respected. May God comfort your family with many fond memories.

To my aunt Ruth, memories are forever and those I have of you from my younger years still remain today. You will be missed.
Your nephew, Dean

Dear Toljanic Family,
Your loss is great and I greatly feel for all of you. She must be very happy right now, being with God and your father. I know how much she will be missed, as I lost my own parents and my husband. But, she will always be in your heart and you are blessed for that. May you always remember her with love and happiness
Marilyn Cwik (Bob Russell's sister).

There's no possible way to express how much I'll miss you or how much influence you and grandpa had on my life. Thank you for everything you did for our family and for the example you set.

Your Grandson,

John

To the Toljanic Family,
Your mother, and grandmother, will forever live in your hearts. Reading these previous notes, it is obvious that she had such a positive influence on those around her. I will always remember her sitting at the head of the table at the lake house, telling such wonderful stories and laughing. And I remember Grandpa sitting next to her adding some detail or history to the story. I will also always remember how fun the Christmas celebrations were that I attended....

Dearest Mom, I used to wonder how I could possibly survive losing you, knowing that of course I would one day, but knowing also you were my alter ego. You used to know what I was thinking and what I would say before I actually said it . I knew you in the same way. I think I knew you perhaps better than anyone as I reflect on how close we were, and as I reminisce about all the thoughts and feelings we shared over the years. We became best friends which served to only enrich the bond we...

Dear Mom,
As I reflect on your life with us I can't help but feel sadness, sorrow and yes, a bit of happiness all rolled into one. As a teacher, i remember the countless late nights and weekends spent developing and refining new ideas and tools for you classroom. You really did make a difference with you students. But it was as a Mom that you were at your best. Whether it was planning a family get together or allowing us to have our favorite cousins stay over night, you always put...

To the most amazing Grandmother and the woman who I was named after, I will say I will forever miss you. I feel as though you have shaped my morals and my character making me into the woman I am today. My most vivid memory was when you came home from the grocery store and a lady had approached you asking for some money as gas for her car. Without thinking, you opening your wallet and gave her $10. She graciously thanked you and you both went on your way. However you were not satisfied. In...

My sincere sympathies to you and your families and God speed to Mrs. Toljanic. She was my 6th grade teacher at Oak View and one of the best teachers I've ever had. She taught us to sing O Tanenbaum during the holidays and once made us laugh to tears about a black banana. She was dedicated to our education and even went camping with us. God Bless.
