I am a fourth grade teacher at Foose Elementary School whose life as well as my many students were touched by Mrs. Webb. We will always remember your devotion to reading and your generosity in giving your time to us.
We will miss you.

The world has lost a warm and beautiful lady. I will greatly miss her. Peace be with you, Ruth, as I find comfort that you are now in the company of your beloved Ernie.

What an honor and privilege to have such a special woman who truly lived as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, friend, care giver ... Thoughts and prayers to you during this difficult time.

I am one of the teachers at Foose School who had the honor of having Mr. and Mrs. Webb volunteer in her room. Over the years Mrs. Webb has touched the lives of more than 400 of my students. Year after year she selflessly gave of her time and passion for books and learning. Those students' lives, and mine as well, were enriched by her visits. Personally, I enjoyed our chats and getting to know of her love for her husband, her family and travel. Her calming and dignified presence in my room...
