To the Webster Family:
I was so sad to learn of Ruth's passing. She was so gracious when I would frequently bring my elderly mother to the Fish Hook for lunch. She always took the time to sit and chat with us. It meant a lot to my Mom and me. She was like a ray of sunshine and will be missed. My heartfelt condolences to all.
