I worked with Ruth at JPMorgan Chase Bank after the merger with Chemical Bank. She was the secretary to Jim Small at the time, and I worked in the customer service group providing assistance to the commercial bankers. Ruth and Shirley Sabbagh who were good friends, added so much personality and humor to our already established group.
