To Ruth's family, Ruth was one of the lovliest ladies i have ever met. She was loving, generous, thoughtful, and so caring to all around her. I will remember her as a dear and wonderful neighbor and friend. I am so saddened by her passing and offer my condolences to her family who miss her terribly.
