Seven years ago Ruthie left this world, but not a day goes by she isn't remembered. I know she watches down and is so proud of everyone, for growing, for living, for being strong.

I miss you so much Rupert, my favorite memories are from when you, tammy, and me would do workout videos in the middle of the night, usually joking and laughing so hard we couldn't keep up.
