A great musician and friend. We were closer than close. She is greatly missed and loved.

I'm shame to say that I just found out about mrs. Ruthie's passing on this day of February 23rd 2018 ..Miss Ruthie was a beautiful sweet lady ,her and her friend Miss Valerie ,and I will miss both of them dearly and I love them dearly even though I never told them I always showed them ..sincerely Kevin Mitchell

Ruthie was such a beautiful angel. She was the first person to help me realize that I'm a beautiful person and that I can wear whatever hairstyle that came to mind. I was honored to represent her in many hair shows. Not only was she a beautiful angel but she was such a loving person to me and my family. She was like a big sister. She will be missed.
