He was the most loving son to Richard F. and Janet E. Cutler.
Ryan graduated from Pennridge High School class of 2012.

Ryan was always positive and had a nice smile, We enjoyed him showing us his toy trucks which were very detailed and seeing him on Halloween. He had a good sense of humor and was a nice gentleman. May you rest in peace, Ryan, we will miss you!

I was sad to hear about Ryan. I was fortunate to have him on my school bus for elementary school.Ryan always made me laugh he was so funny. I was lucky to see him in high school, he had not changed much, still that smile and still so nice.
