On this Memorial Day we remember those brave that have paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. With all my love. I will never let your memory fade.

30May2022. Today I wore blue: run to remember; soldiers, like Ryan, who served to protect our Nation. I´m honored to learn his story and more about that young man, in whose honor I ran today. My thoughts are with his family and friends this day.

Romans 12:10 Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor. I will always remember. All my love.

Dear Ryan, Its been almost two decades and I still think of you often. I named my first son after you and hes turning into an amazing young man. I know hed make you proud.
