Dear Margaret, Mike, and Kevin, We are so very sorry to hear about Ryan's passing. We send our deepest condolences. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this most difficult time of sorrow. Yvonne and Dean McDougal

Our hearts go out to you, Mike and the entire family. Words cannot express the depth of our feelings on your terrible loss. May God strengthen and heal.

Ryan, so many great memories from growing up and our time at Michigan State. Blessed to have you in my life those years. Lots of memories of guitar hero, pick up basketball and having fun around campus. You had a talent for putting a smile on everyone´s face and including everyone. Thank you for all the smiles and laughter. My thoughts are with all of your family. Thoughts with Kevin and your parents. Rest in peace brother. Ben (and Lesley) Maatman

I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of Ryan. Sending my love to all of you as you navigate this most difficult period of time.

Dear Mike, Margaret, Kevin, Collette and extended family. Our hearts are broken for you all, with the tragic and sudden loss of Ryan. What an incredibly accomplished young man. We are so grateful to have had him be part of the biggest day in our lives, when Molly and Rory got married. In the limited time we got to meet and be with him, we found him to be so outgoing and just fun to be around. We enjoyed him as the extended family of our son in law Rory, and so grateful to have known him....

We can think of no words. Our souls are weeping as we pray for all of you. The Johnsons

Margaret, Mike and Kevin, I am so sorry for the incredible loss of Ryan. His bright smile, infectious giggle, slightly naughty streak and warm presence will always be comforting memories of sweet Ryan. I have been holding all of you and the extended family in my thoughts and prayers. Ryan was and continues to be deeply loved. God bless you during this very difficult time. Love, Mandi

Dear Mike, Margaret, Kevin, Colette and family: Reading through all the lovely tributes to Ryan is in keeping with the promise of a little boy who brought sunshine and joy wherever he´d go. Kevin and Ryan experienced Thornapple Elementary and every year of FHS together with Dave and Dean. What a blessing AND a hoot to see these guys interact through lots of crazy stunts, insane one-up-manship and simply their cockamamie schemes. Though those many years, just seeing Ryan´s gap-toothed...

Margaret and Mike & family ~ sending my sincere condolences about Ryan. I pray that your wonderful memories will bring you some peace and comfort eventually.
