Not sure what to say?

Hello,
We realize that we are very late to express our deepest condolences, but we wanted to let your family and friends know that we will be sending Care Packages to deployed troops this week and several of these will be dedicated to your loved one. Each package will carry the name, photo and hometown of Ryan J. Sorensen US Marine Lance Corporal.

We realize that this is a small tribute, but we do this with all respect and sincerity and we want you to know that it is made...

I cannot believe that 10 years has passed since you were killed, it is strange because it feels like you have missed so much and at the same time it feels like just yesterday.

I wish that you could have lived to meet your nephews, I think you guys would have been good friends, and I wish you would have lived longer and had children of your own and that you would have made my an aunt.

I am very proud of you little brother and take solace in the fact that at least you died too...

I ran the run for the fallen 5km today. My bib had your face on it. In the next few months I'll become a marine, so your sacrifice hits on a very personal level. Godspeed brother. Semper Fi.

Semper Fidelis, the war is over now but your memory will never die, glad to have served with you borther still remember your tattoo awsome piece.

To the family of Lcpl Sorenson. At the time I was a LCpl and keep the honor of carrying your sons casket with me to this day. I never knew him but think about him from time to time. It took every ounce of bearing in my body to remain professional and not break down. I am very sorry for your loss and Ryan has become a part of me. Thank you for allowing me that honor. SSgt Kemp
