Ryan M. Trefz

I am so very, very sorry for this unimaginable loss. Ryan always spoke to me in the library at West and we talked ice hockey, as I do now with Chris. My son Chris was the Goalie at South (2008) and I so much enjoyed hearing about the games and his enthusiasm when he spoke. My husband and I went to a few of them. I first met Ryan when my son Alex joined the Ice Dogs. What a year! The team made Nationals! I will always remember Ryan for being humble, respectful, and definitely a young man of few words. I will also be forever appreciative of the way Ryan welcomed Alex and made him feel like part of the team from day one. He was a great young man who will be missed. You truly have an Angel in heaven.
