Ryan Scott Trent, 29, of Nashville, and formerly of Talbott, beloved son, fiancé, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend, passed away suddenly Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2016. He was a member of Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church and loved his church family. He was night manager of Premier Parking in Nashville. Ryan had a big heart, and he loved life and will be missed by many.

He was preceded in death by his papaw, Harold Trent.

He is survived by his parents, Glenn and Sharon Trent; fiancée, Brittany Robinson; brother, Brandon Trent and wife Missy; grandparents, Kermit and Wilma Livesay, and Glenda Trent; nephew and niece, Hunter and London
Trent; step-nephews, Lane and Luke Hughes; uncles, Craig (Patty) Livesay and Dean (Mary) Trent; aunt, April (Rob) White; cousins, Ashley, Brent and Raylen Livesay, Haley Jones, Chad (Kasey) Trent, Kristen (TJ) Wilson, Jeremiah (Heather) Letterman and Natasha (Michael) Thompson.

Family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 2, 2016 at Farrar Funeral Home Funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. at the funeral home with the Reverends Mel Hawkins and Lonnie Knight officiating.

Family and friends will gather at 10 a.m. Monday morning at Farrar Funeral Home to proceed to Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11 a.m. graveside interment service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church, 1751 Mt. Pleasant Road, Talbott 37877, Attn: Pastor Mel Hawkins.
