I had the opportunity to meet Ryan after Joe & Jim's mom referred him to me to service my furnace probably 10 years ago. I remember him telling me that in high school he was the kid most likely to end up sleeping on your couch. He was always there when I had a problem with my HVAC -- even at 7:30 on a Friday night -- he said it kept him in check. He was a beautiful soul with the perfect smile and infectious laugh.
