Read More"Rocky" was my first white-collar manager in 1959 when I joined his team as a Methods and Time Standards Specialist. I found him demanding, tough, honest and fair manager. I enjoyed working for him and respected his leadership. One of the best "bosses" I've ever worked for. He will be missed by all who knew him.
