S. Denis Crapo

I met Denis when I move to Olympia in the early 1960's. We served together in many church calling. Then He hired me to work with him at Metropolitan where we travel alot togeather. We had many great experances. I love him and will miss him alot. One of the problems of the Church growing so much is we don't here of our good friends even though they only live a couple of mile away. Sorry Virginia we misted the services wish we were there.

I knew Denis when he was a little boy and his family had a small grocery store on South Adams Street. Our old Olympia Church was nearby and I have vivid memories of going to that store. My other memories are more current in that he and Virginia taught my daughters to dance and took them on several Church trips to participate in festivals. I know Denis will be greatly missed. He was a good father and stepfather.

I first met Dennis while attending the LDS Church in the Olympia area, I think it was in the 1950's. I also worked with Dennis at Metropolitan Life Insurance. I had many good experiences with him.
