Not sure what to say?

I'm not sure why but today I found myself thinking of my days at St. Leo's and the teachers that I had that influenced me the most. Sr. Pat came to mind. Back in 1976 I was a handful. I would've been the poster child for Ridilan. I wasn't bad, just busy. She had such patience with me that I couldn't understand how she did it. Not many of my other teachers managed to control themselves and I'd find myself on the wrong end of a yardstick. She managed me without every laying a hand on me. ...

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

From the Sweeney's to the Murray's and all the friends of Sister Pat, I extend my deepest sympathies. Sister Pat was an extraordinary woman committed to her faith, her family and her friends. I hope time will heal your pain and the memories of Sister Pat will fill you with warmth, happiness and laughter.

My Aunt Pat had a way of bringing love and clarity to every situation. Being hugged by her was always a moment of peace and love, a feeling I will always remember. She is a woman I have always looked up to. I have been so blessed to have her in my life. I love you Aunt Pat!

My Aunt Pat was an extraordinary person who touched everyone she met in her life. Things will never be the same without her and we will never forget her! I was blessed to have her as my aunt and most importantly as my friend - I miss you and I love you Aunt Pat!

Knowing Sister Pat was a blessing in our lives. She was full of kindness, she always had a twinkle in her eye, and a smile in her heart. Our love goes out to the entire Murray family.

Sister Pat was my 8th grade teacher at St. Leo's elementary school. Sister Pat will always hold a special place in my heart. She was a woman who loved and understood kids. We all new that Sister Pat loved us and would go the extra mile for us! Sister Pat did not grow up with a silver spoon in her mouth and she new the struggles that many kids had to endure! I know God has a special place in heaven for Sister Pat because Sr. Pat always had a place in her heart for all she care about!...

Sister Pat truly lived her faith. A wonderful mix of strength and compassion, she supervised wisely and created a home that will continue to be a testament to all she believed true and dear. She taught us well to carry on her ideals for the very special people we serve. She will be remembered always.

Sr. Pat was one of my top ten people. She gave so much to so many. What a blessing she was to her family, her friends, her staff and to all who knew her. We will miss her great story telling ability, her sense of humor, and her gift of loving people. God's blessings to her family. We miss you, Sr. Pat.
