I remember this great lady as always being selfless in expressing a greeting to family members to welcome them. She was funny, smart and very fashionable. May her children continue her legacy!! Love you all, Aunt Elaine

Mrs. Dixon was truly a treasure, I had the pleasure of knowing her and her Husband Mr. Dixon thru my Mom (Janice W. Moore) for over forty five years. I remember the times when they would come over to the house on friday nights and dance the night away. Mrs. Dixon always stayed in touch even when both her and my Mom where retired from HUD. My deepest condolences to the family. I remember Mrs. Dixon with love and admiration. I grew up in the same neighborhood as she and her family. She was an illuminating presence . Our neighborhood was so enriched by her presence. Even when I was grown and had not seen her for a number of years, she reached out to me when I was in the hospital. Our beloved Aunt Sadie is now in her Heavenly Home of eternal rest, peace, and comfort. Although there is a vacant place in our lives and hearts, we can cherish the memories of her forever.
